Our tops and pants for women, come with fastenings like drawstrings, wooden beads, buttons and tie ups, that prevent them from riding up during inversions or challenging poses, giving you comfort during practice.

The Sattvik collection is available in a range of sizes, catering to various body types to ensure everyone can enjoy a comfortable and inclusive yoga practice.

How should I wash my Akiso garments?
We recommend that all Akiso garments be dry cleaned or hand washed with a gentle soap. Always wash with like colors to avoid color transfer. Please note that some of our garments may bleed color during washing due to our use of both natural and commercial dyeing techniques.

Can I machine wash my Akiso garments?
We suggest hand washing or dry cleaning your Akiso garments to maintain their quality. Machine washing is not recommended, especially if you want to preserve the vibrancy of the fabric and its embellishments.

Will my Akiso garment shrink after washing?
Cotton fabrics may experience slight shrinkage, as the cotton fibers naturally contract after the first wash. However, our fabrics undergo extensive pre-washing and processing before stitching, which reduces the likelihood of significant shrinkage. With proper care, only rarely minor shrinkage should occur.

How should I iron my Akiso garment?
To iron your garment, use a warm to hot iron while the fabric is still damp, or use a steam iron. Avoid ironing directly on embellishments—if necessary, use steam only and never allow the hot iron plate to touch the embellishments.

How can I reduce my environmental impact while caring for my Akiso garments?
We strive to minimize our environmental impact, and you can contribute too! We encourage you to “wash less” to reduce water usage and preserve the longevity of your garments.

Shipping & Delivery

Are there any shipping fees?
- We offer complimentary shipping within India for orders above INR 1,000/-.

- And for International orders complimentary shipping is offered for orders above INR 2,500/- or USD 30/- (or equivalent in your local currency). However, international orders may be subject to taxes, duties, and local laws, which can affect the total price.

Do product prices vary by location?
Yes, prices may vary based on your location. When logging in from different postal codes or countries, the displayed prices may change due to taxes and international shipping fees.

Are the prices for products sold in retail outlets the same as online?
No, the prices listed on our website are for online purchases only. The prices at retail outlets within India or outside may differ.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange international orders?
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on international orders, owing to high shipping costs.

What is the return policy for India-specific orders?

Who covers the return shipping costs for damaged products?
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for damaged products. AKISO COLLECTIVE LLP will only cover the shipping costs after the product is repaired.

Can I exchange a product purchased from a retail outlet?
Exchanges are only accepted for products bought directly from our online store. Purchases made through retail outlets or third-party platforms are subject to their return policies.

Cancellation

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can only cancel an order if it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.

In case of cancellation, we do not offer a refund of the purchase amount. However, you can exchange the product for another of equal or higher value (by paying the price difference) or opt for store credit to use on future purchases.
