PRODUCT PRICES

For all orders above USD 30/- or equivalent shipping is complimentary across the globe, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Prices may vary internationally due to taxes / duties, and the local laws of the countries they have been bought from.

In cases of International shipping , prices may vary when logging into the site from different postal codes and locations.

Prices are subject to change at any time , without any notifications. All rights to change prices are reserved by AKISO COLLECTIVE LLP.

Prices of products available at retail outlets are only available within India.
No product can be sold at Indian prices outside the country.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of receiving your order.

For customers located in the European Union (EU), you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason ("cooling-off period").

you may exercise your right to withdraw by:

  • Emailing us at customercare@akiso.store with the subject line "refund/return - order #INT-xxxx".

Once your cancellation request has been submitted, please return the product without undue delay.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Unused items returned with missing tags, packaging or components may be subject to a reasonable reduction in the refund amount where permitted by applicable law.

We recommend that you do not accept delivery of any parcel whose outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with.

If you open the package and discover that the item is damaged or defective, please contact our customer care team immediately. If we are unable to replace the damaged or defective product, we will issue a refund.

To initiate a return, please email customercare@akiso.store along with a short video (approximately 30 seconds) showing the product and the issue.



Refunds

Once your returned item has been received, we will inspect it and notify you (via email or any other mode of communication as mutually agreed like whatsapp) that we have received your return.

For customers located in the European union, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. Where permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide satisfactory proof that the goods have been shipped back, whichever occurs first.

For customers outside the European union, please allow up to 5 business days after the returned item reaches our facility for inspection.

We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

If a returned product is found to have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and functioning, or otherwise does not qualify for a return, we may reduce the refund or reject the return in accordance with applicable law.

If you would like the rejected item shipped back to you, applicable courier charges will be communicated before dispatch.



Legal guarantee (EU customers)

If you are purchasing from a member state of the European union, your purchase is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under directive (EU) 2019/771.

This means that all products supplied by AKISO must conform to the contract of sale and remain free from defects existing at the time of delivery for two (2) years from the date you receive the goods.

If a product develops a qualifying defect during this period, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

This statutory guarantee exists independently of, and in addition to, our standard returns policy.



Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please:

  • check your bank account.

  • contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.

Sale items

Sale or discounted items may only be returned where required under applicable consumer protection laws or where the item is defective.

Exchanges

We replace products only if they are defective, damaged or otherwise eligible under applicable law.

To request an exchange, please email customercare@akiso.store along with a short video (approximately 30 seconds) showing the issue.

Limit to one exchange request per order

Only one (1) exchange request is permitted per eligible item purchased.

Replacement products supplied under an exchange request are not eligible for any further exchange or return unless required under applicable law.

Shipping for returns & exchanges

If you reside in India, please keep the item securely packed and ready for reverse pickup.

If you are located in a country that does not currently qualify for AKISO's free return service, please return your package using a reliable courier of your choice.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

Cancellation policy

We usually dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving them, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

along with the reason for cancellation.

orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement, provided they have not already been dispatched.

European union customers

If you are a customer located in the European Union, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal begins from the day you receive your goods and applies even after dispatch, subject to the conditions described in our returns policy.

AKISO COLLECTIVE LLP acknowledges exchange of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online via our own store, and not through retail outlets. Purchase done from other retail outlets and platforms may be subject to different policies of return and exchange. Please contact your seller for any specific query.
Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a strict time period of one week. Failing to meet these requirements AKISO COLLECTIVE LLP will not be liable to accept the merchandise and return policy will be deemed null and void. In such cases, the customer will have to write in to info@akiso.store. We constantly strive to provide you with a prompt response. We will investigate the damage from our end and repair the merchandise in entirety.
All return couriers or similar nature will be borne by the customer themselves. AKISO COLLECTIVE LLP will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise. 

Please note, damaged products specific to repair will have to be couriered back to our warehouse. Costs for such courier will be borne by the customer. AKISO COLLECTIVE LLP will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.

COLOUR VARIATIONS / WEAR & TEAR

Fabric: A majority of our fabric is hand dyed and printed. This manual processing and use of sunlight for drying of the fabric yields in slight variation in color and print pattern. Hence, minor variances of such nature are not classified as damaged in anyway.

Variance in measurements: All AKISO COLLECTIVE LLP products are handcrafted , hence no two products are identical in their absolute measurements. There might be a slight change, but minimal to the eye which therefore would not change the essence of the design.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & ASSEMBLY

Due to popularity or short interruption of supply, some items may be unavailable or out of stock. Some items may require self assembly. It may be necessary to make changes to product specifications. We reserve the right to make these changes at any time and without notice.
